Gah!!! I HATE THis!!!
One of my companies customers has a website, and they have a forum, and their customers can discus problems of the products they recieve.
I've joined, and I really want to respond to some of the issues, but I know Companies can be touchy about what someone says.
Even casual observations, like one of the problems is one of their customers submitted a job where she swears the pages were @600 dpi, but the file I recieved was somewhere around 115 dpi.
So, anything I say could easily be construed by the customer as implying she screwed up, or the intermediary altered the file, or I'm covering my company's ass.
But I'm pissed that she has a bad product!.
Grrtr!
Well, I've gotta wait, talk with some of my company's people, perhaps talk with My Companies customer. Figure out how I can comment on their website.

They might preffer it if you PM'd the customer instead of making her error public? Thats if it supports PMs any how .
