A question about Outlook OLE

I'm writing an app which downloads phone book details from a mobile phone and then fires the Names and Telephone Nos. into Outlook as a Contact.

I have this working, but if the routine is run again duplicate Contact cards are created.

How do I perform a search through the Outlook contacts to see if a contact name allready exists.
