Folder become Web Folder

Is there a way to make a folder as a web folder ?, I try to make a folder outside c:\inetpub\wwwroot act like a web folder using VB code.

I'm pretty sure that it was in Java only. You might want to try creating your own using windows, then work off of it. Windows does, after-all, have it's own Web folder creation.

Try posting in the Java forum & see what they say.

Well, Probably there is a way of changing windows folder become web folder, in registry ? or system or anything else..?, I've been try to explore registry looking for a system setting, but it seems there must be another way.
If JAVA can do it how can I implement it in my VB code ?.

setting a Web Folder is in the same place as sharing folder, any ideas ?.
