    i have some code that might be too long to place in this message. For some reason it isnt working and i still need it to modify it to do a few more things if some one wouldnt mind me emailing it to them so they can take a look that would be great thanks

    Just change the Form_Load event to Form_Activate and it works. That code hasn't too long, you could have posted it, the stuff in the form anyway.
