strange pointer behaviour

Has anyone else noticed this in the IDE?

from time to time, the mouse pointer get 'locked' in an invisible boundry. Usually, it's a portion of the form. you can't move it to click the red 'X' in the upper right corner even. I'm not explaining it very well but I'm sure SOMEONE has had this happen. (?)

Dear Andy...yes, I've seen it on the PC of a friend, but it was not running VB.NET. I don't remember very well if it was using Word, Access or Excel, but surely not VB. Let's see how many others met that strange behaviour.
Ah....he had WIN2000 installed!
