wat is the equ. for debug.print in .net?

Normally "Debug.Writeline" is used, but I don't know how Debug.Print works in VB and so it's possible you need a different information!
Probably it's better if you type "Debug." and read the contextual help that show the properties and the methods you can use. They are briefly described, by it.
