command button on spreadsheet (resolve)

how do i insert a command button on the spreadsheet itself?

1.Right click a toolbar top of screen to get dropdown menu.
2.Click Forms.
3.Click the button in that toolbar then hold down left mouse button & drag in the worksheet to make your button.
4.Right click the button to get format & Assign Macro opions.

hi..thanks i have successfully create a button on the spreadsheet...ad some functions to it and run it...(and save it..)
but when i open the file and click on the form , all the controls are disable..why/
