Changing the Recycle bin icon

Does anyone know how to change the recycle bin icons by changing the registry using VB?
I have had some success with other shell icons but not the recycle bin. I can't do folders yet also so if anyone has any ideas on this one please let me know.

Just to provide a little more info.
From digging around I have found out that some programs store the modified icons at the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Icons

I think this might be something to do with Microsoft Plus!
but I can't be sure.

Since plus includes themes with custom icons, I am assuming that you need to modify the registry somewhere to turn custom icons on.

Does anyone have any ideas?
