Load crpe32.dll failed

I've built a machine from scratch, installed .Net framework, IIS, and copied the Crystal assemblies over.

I did not use a set up package for the deployment of the application.
I simply copy the project to a directory on the server and created a virtual directory that point to that folder.
It works fine but I am not able to view the reports.

It seems to be a common problem and the recommendations are to install Crystal Reports Merge Modules, but I do not have a package.

Any ideas are welcome?

There is a install package that will install all the runtime DLL's required. You can download it from the following location. The trick is that you have to provide the registration key from a good copy of a full registered crystal reports application product (developer, professional, enterprise etc.). The registration from the bundled .net version will not work.
