Validation of dates

Hi,
has anyone experienced the following - I am trying to compare Startdate Enddate and obviously don't want an enddate before the start date but it seems to me that the validator seems unreliable whether I use greaterthan or lessthan. Is this just me?

The problem is the date is a little strange. When you create a date, the time is also included. What you should look at is the times that you are using. It might be because you want on your end date to include all in the end date, yet, when you create a end date, the time is 0:00:00. This means that nothing on that end date would match up. You need 23:59:59 as a time to completely match records on that date.
