    Excel save/version

    I have an excel spreadsheet that is shared across a network... I would like to know a way to change the version eachtime it is saved and the user who did the save.... I thought that this was already a feature but I cant seem to find it. Hopefully I'm an idiot and this is easy. If not, any ideas?
