Help _ Creating Shapes in PicBox

Ok, it's simple, I dont want to use the shape control, or atleast that is LAST LAST LAST resort. But I need away to create shapes inside my picture box, like the PicBox.Line command but I need shapes like Circle, Triangle, stuff maybe someone has some code already thrown together to make it with the line code, but hey, if you do could I please have it...

I am working on this picture frame program and the pictures goes inside of the Shapes that you create, so they need to be sizable, thats why I am not doing a single image, and I cant use stretch blt, because it may change some of the colors... and I will be using transparentblt and with weird mixtures of the colors It wont work.,
