.net framework 1.0 and 1.1 on same machine

Hi,

does anybody know of any issues regarding having .net framework 1.1 and 1.0 installed on the same machine. Especially regarding code security?

I have Framework 1.0 and 1.1 on my laptop and I have not had any problems at all. My VS is 1.0 and I downloaded 1.1 so I could run and debug programs from VS 1.1 at work. No conflicts (yet, touch wood etc) .

god I am so frustrated!

I have a .exe assembly that is on our intranet server. If i have framework 1.0 only, and click on the hyperlink that links to it, it downloads and executes.

I install 1.1 on my machine, click on the link and the .exe no longer runs!

Any ideas?
