Crystal Report Help Needed
Hi Everyone.
I'm quite new here so I'll try to explain my problem and if anyone can give me some help it would be much appreciated.
I have a Report that current prints out the "time entered" per "task" for one individual of the company in a certain period of time. Basically your single employee timesheet report.
My problem is I need to create a single report that will contain everyone in one sector of the company.
Basically meaning I would need to combine my current reports for Jill, John, Mary and Mark into a single report for example. Does crystal reports have this functionality or do I have to create a whole new report to do what I want. Say I have already created individual reports for the 4 ppl above and are in pdf format. Is there a merge funcationality I can do that will make these reports into one consolated report ?
Thanks alot,
Telix

It is a little odd that you created 4 reports - one for each person. Where is the data stored?
To combine reports into 1 report - this may depend on your version.
Create a new report.
Add the existing reports in as sub-reports.

Data is stored on SQL Server.
I need individual reports because everyone in the company get their own reports. I need the higher level type report for management level people. And they rather see one report file than 50 separate files. The reports all look the same which is why I was wondering if I could create the individual versions first and then somehow merge them into one for the management.

I need individual reports
Don't you mean individual pages, one page for each person. Its all the same report.
