time fields in crystal

Just started with crystal today.

ok well I used the report expert to create a report and the default field displays the full date and time and there seems to be no way to format it to just a time, anyone know how?

oh and when I try and add a field to the details section by right clicking, the field option is not enabled

It seems like I need to add a field, and then create a formula in it to apply the formatting to it?

It can be done la

You just need to choose the format field, and then choose custom style. At date and time tab, choose time at the order, then it will only display time .

Could you please explain again . I'm using VB4 and crystal report which come with it.

I have one field - using access - which field time is time&date . when I tried to display at my report , I can't extract the time .
I only get the date .
