USB Connection Problems
I just bought a new case with two USB ports in the front, and an audio jack.
Im running an ASUS P4PE motherboard, with an intel p4 2.4 512mb ram. Windows XP (w/SP1)
Basically I transfered everything over to my new case, and was anxious to try out the 2 USB (2.0) connects on my front case.
They dont work? Any ideas why? It seems as though windows recognizes them I think. I see 6 USB things now in device manager instead of 4. But when I plug in a USB device, it doesnt recognize them.
Any ideas? I dont think the drivers are the issue. And I followed the ASUS manual, and connected all 9 pins correctly to the motherboard.

I have sometimes the same problem with my USB 2.0 ports...sometimes it looks like they are working, but they are not....I havn't found out what is wrong with it. I am soon going to format my HD and reinstall everything. And upgrade the USB 2.0 root port drivers.
