can vb.net do?
FOR-INSTANCE I am very intelligent and I want to write programs like AutoCad or Photoshop or 3D Studio Max.
ACCORDINGLY Can I write program like this programs with Vb.net ?

Hmmm....
Yup it can...
But performance wise will very dissapointed. Because it has to pass through the dotnet layers before the assembly can be understand by the machine.
If you just want the simple GUI based apps. that is ok. But if you are serious about it, then you have to look for the Visual C++ which it skipped few layers.
So it depends on you.

In 2020 , I'm sure programmers will be able to write applications in VB.NET2020 for NASA and Atomic Reactors ....
