I was wondering if anyone had any leads or suggestions on a plugin, component or DLL for VB that would convert AVI to Flash SWF. I need it for a project I am doing.

Add to this, I am also looking for a plugin that will work with a webcam. I need to be able to capture video and audio to produce what would be a personal video message.

I have been to planet source.com looking for a webcam app but I didn't find any that capture both audio and video.

All help appreciated.
