HI - i've noticed that on some sites, the links link to an EXE file, like this:

http://www.server.com/cgi/app.exe/dfdsf/dsf?dfs

like that. Can someone please tell me what that is all about, how it works, and whether you could upload vb apps onto a web server and somehow run them like the above.
