Suppress if other control is suppressed [Resolved]

I need to suppress one field if another field is suppressed. The
second field is being suppressed if duplicated, but the first field is
a time stamp field that is never duplicated. So I need to suppress
the timestamp when the other field is being duplicated.

What is the correct syntax to accomplish this in the formula editor?

Soultion:
Check current record field against previous record field and
suppress only controls you want suppressed and not entire
record.

IF (OnFirstRecord) = TRUE THEN
 FALSE
ELSE
 IF (Previous({ado.Message}) = ({ado.Message})) = TRUE THEN
  TRUE
 ELSE
  FALSE
