    Question simple one..

    Hi All.

    Sorry but i'm new at the VBA.

    I have a form in Access that is connected to one table. i want to make a new list that have some information from a different table but this table have a shared field with the first table.

    The easiest way to do this is to link your 2 tables by tampering with the relationships option (under the tools menu) as in the sample attached.

    Once you've added your join/relationship between the tables, you can then use the "create form by using wizard" option in access (under the forms selection of the main window) and select the fields you need from both tables from the 1st stage screen of the wizard...

    thanks for trying to help but..

    1. the form is written already - so wizards is out of the Q
    2. My 2 tables are with relation one to many.

    the first table is the Employees names ect.
    and the second table is the salary of the Employees.(Employee ID is the record that they share)
    I need to show on the form the details of the employees and in each record of the employee i need to show the history of his salary.
