My Ip address keeps changing every few days!!! It use to be something like 24.92.128.256 [not sure] now its changed to 66.42.421.346 [not sure again] but it keeps changin. I know this cuz i use winamp radio and to check if anyones listening i have to type my ip and when i do it says invalid. So i check my ip and its changed! so not cool

This is proberly something from your ISP, what happens if you just stay online (24/7). Then you IP can't change. Try that

There are ways around that. Like getting a domain that points to your dynamic IP, that you'll have to update whenever it changes.

I believe no-ip.com offers this service for free. If not, do a web search for a free one.

I'm guessing you are trying to host a radio station?

The reason your IP is changing so much is your service provider probably noticed the additional traffic. Most ISP contracts state you aren't allowed to host servers.

What they are doing is mixing your IP in an effort to discourage it. Not that I think you are doing anything wrong, but you might want to be careful, or at least check your service contract because even with a service like no-ip.com, if your traffic levels stay high, they might just disconnect you.
