Why picturebox1.SendToBack()is not working ?

My picturebox1 covers almost the entire form background and when trying to play a GIF animation using ImageAnimator.Animate the animation appears behind the picturebox1.

Does anyone know the correct code for sending the GIF animation to the front of the picturebox1 so it can be seen correctly?

I will appreciate anyone’s help on this matter.
