    Where is the HDD on a Dell Inspiron ?

    I have a Dell laptop, from which I have to remove the hard-drive.
    But I can't for the life of me figure out where the hell the hard drive is ?

    Not sure about Inspirons, but on all the latitudes we have here, there is a cover on the left hand side, about half way along, which slides down slightly and then lets you pull the hard disk out.
