    .tof file

    i am not sure where to go.
    my supervisor asked me today
    if this code makes any sense

    he thinks it may be phyton
    something about .tof files

    im note quite sure what phyton is
    or what a .tof file is?


    does this code look familiar to anyone
    can anyone tell me the language?
