    Unhappy Norton Internet Security 2003

    Hi,
    I installed Norton Internet Security 2003. Everything works fine.
    However, when the Windows 98 desktop appears, I oftenget an general error and the alert tracker can't be displayed anymore. The firewall & anti-virus still works.
    I said: "often", sometimes everything goes well...
    Anyone encountered this phenomenon too?

    Not sure what could be causing this. Have you tried to do an update so everything is updated. Sometimes it can fix it.

    Certainly, I even uninstalled the whole thing (including subdirs & using the removal utility from Norton).
    The problem still occurs...
