    making a chat prog

    hello,

    im making a chat but i got problems getting started.

    i can do a download from our site so you can download a txt file with my ip so when i change comp its still workd.
    but now i get stuck how can you make a client enter my prog and how can i make them chat. and i want that a timer sends the messeges to other people.

    can any1 help me with this
