well, what sort of budget you have here? I recommend advertising at ISPcheck.com. Im advertising my web hosting packages there. Burn about $30 a day which result in about 2 to 3 signups

Would be a perfect place to advertise your stats software as many many visitors looking for hosting may also be interested in your package. Just put it in any category, they dont mind as long as you pay for the clicks And dont forget to put my email address as the referrer

Submit your web site to dmoz.org, that will get you listed in several search engines as many feed out of there. Thier directory is pretty easy to get into and gets ya listed on sites like aol, google, etc.

Attempt to get your site listed in the Yahoo direcotry. Yahoo is the king of internet traffic and if you can get a directory listing, you will be getting a lot of good quality traffic. Yahoo is a tough cookie to get into, you may need to allow the editors inside the site since you have it password protected so they can verify that you have content to offer. Make sure all links and everything works before asking them to review the site. Also be sure to be nice in the final comments section of the site.

Get your site listed on as many webmsater resource sites as you can. Also see about getting your site listed on various scripting sites...

Last but not least... don't spam forums for traffic. =P
