    query a Database from a html-sheet ***not solved***

    High Folks,

    I wanna query a entry in a Database from a html-sheet.
    I wanna generate a Textbox, where the user can type a Number and it'll be searched in the DB.

    The result must be the complete row, where the entry is included.

    I'm sure, you prefessionals can help me

    When your form is submitted you will need to do some server-side processing in order to perform a DB query.

    This means you need something other that just HTML.

    I don't know what server you're running but looking at stuff like ASP, PSP or CGI would be a good starting point.
