ActiveX and Shot cut key

i created one toolbar control it is working perfact but it has one bug that what ever shot cut key define by me (eg. suppose New button of tool bar and N is short cut key) but when i place this control on client that short cut key is not working.

Pls. help me what to do?

The Toolbar control, a component in the Windows Common Controls, does not support short cut keys nor does it support access keys.

Typically, a toolbar has an associated menu which contains the shortcut and/or access keys.
