    run locally

    My web site users are running some .wav files from the server which obviously take a bit of time for each of them to play and obviously the users are not too happy about this.
    How can I over come this issue please?
    p.s. I am using VB.NET in ASP.NET

    use mp3 if possible as it is much faster because they are smaller
