    Again, Does anyone know a product to make EXE file from an ACCESS MDB?

    or A program to convert from ACCESS 2000 TO VB?

    You can get a runtime version of Access from Microsoft as part of the Office 2000 Developer edition. Other than that, I don't know of any tools. In either case, it's often easier to just rewrite your app. (Sometimes, though, you'll wish there was one...so there probably is, somewhere).
