Flash intro for vb program

I was wanting to include a runonce demo for some special features that my vb front end has. It would be very impresive if there was some way I could capture the screen as a flash movie including the mouse cursor. I have played with flash 4 awhile back, does flash mx implement something new that would make this fairly simple to do, or maybe a 3rd party app?

you could use something like Camtasia to capture an avi of your screen then use the Multimedia control to play it. www.camtasia.com
They have a free demo which can be enough to do what you need.
