    Basic cookies?

    Hiyas,

    I'm trying to figure out how to set/get cookies in CGI/Perl. All I need is to record a number to a cookie and then retrieve it when needed. That's the ONLY thing it has to do.

    I've looked on a LOT of websites but either the code is too tricky to understand or the examples are from years ago and don't seem to work with new versions of IE...?! Ohwell...

    Can anyone help? Does anyone have any simple code that does this? It'd be really appreciated if anyone had this code...
