    Radeon 7000 vs S3 Trio64V2

    Hi,

I just purchased Radeon 7000 64 DDR to upgrade to from my PCI S3 Trio64V2. Will I see a very sugnificant diff? My S3 only has 2 meg on-board RAM. It will take a few days for the card to arrive.

    Thanks for any help,

    Night and day...

You will see a huge difference, seeing as the Radeon is 32mb (I think). It isn't THAT good at 3D, but will be a lot better than what you have now.
