    Iis

    I have win xphome as an os.

    Can I get IIS off of a win2000pro cd?

    If so where is it located at on the cd?

    No, you can't run IIS on xp home - you need to upgrade to pro (AFAIK)

    But if you download the free ASP.NET Web Matrix from Microsoft, you can develop on home edition.

    Dont you just love xp home
    its so robust so userfriendly so totally useless to a developer except perhaps as a testbench

    Tried asp matrix

    Very Poor!

    Used to have XP pro(Dont have disks anymore) and have used asp.net from Visual Studio and its sooo much better than asp matrix

    I tried that on my XP Home, didn't work for me.
