    Moveable frames

    I have to create an interface wherein the page is divided into 4 resizable, moveable frames (an interface like outlook express).

    How to do it in VB since VB has those static frames.

    What you are after is what is known as a "splitter bar". This is a fairly frequent subject, and has been answered many times before (in several ways).
