Manual Disk cleaup
I cant run disk cleanup, It says compressing files and just takes really long (actually never ends, I left it on for hours). What do I manually delete? I empty out temp internet files, what about Content.IE5 folder? It has a lot of old sites and index.dat is big..

1-Delete system pagefile as it takes about 150Mb (depending on your free space)
2-Do a search on your system partition for all temp files like this (*.tmp) , and delete them .
3- Delete files in History and Internet temporary files (if you suppose to)
4- Delete all chk files (*.chk)
5-Empty Recycle Bin .
Those tips hopeully would superscrub you hard drive for better performance !
