    VB - Simulated Hyperlink (from a label)

    Use: (Simulated) HyperLink

    I have attched a zip as it has the hand image thats required when the
    mouse is passed over the HyperLink.

    I saved this, went and highlighted my hyperlink, went to mouseicon and selected it but nothing happens when I go over it.
