    musicmatch is the best..

    1) rips fast @ 128k
    2) uses CDDB for naming
    3) you can specify the naming covention (i.e. you can have the mp3 have the artist, title, and tracknumber in it.. any combination of those, and have it save in a folder with the artist name and a subfolder with the album name)
    4) its free

    Eww 128kbps

EAC is the best I found so far, but that won't work on my system any more so CDex is the next best Both are capable of ripping to vorbis (less patent buggerage), and they give really good quality rips off the CD (compensate for scratches, drive errors, etc.).

I agree with everything you said there. EAC stopped detecting my CD-ROM drive when I took out my CD-RW, so CDex is what I had to use (but it's nice anyway).
