OK, here are the positions I'm looking for some developers to join:
Icon creators-creates icons for Babya Software Group programs
Interface designers-designs user interfaces
Developers-general-for coding of new ideas, creating new programs
C++/Java developera-for complex/unsitutable projects that may not be easy to code in VB.
Feature developers-ones who can come up with new features and implements them
Ideas liasoner-he/she willl be responsible for hearing of new project/product/feature requests--they could setup a freature request tracker.
Support techsf-for program support(qweb or email)
Porters-they can port Babya Software Group software toother platforms-using such as realbasic for a mac version
