I use VB 6.0 and Crystal Report 8.5.

I create the report with user defined size 8.5" x 5.5" and it works fine when I use win98 as the OS.

the PROBLEM raise when I use Windows XP as my OS.
I CAN NOT USE "user defined size" because it didn't appear in the Crystal Report Printer Setup. It seem that Crystal Reports automatically change my user defined size to letter size.

Anyone please me?
