Crystal 8.5 help with overlap prob

I have attached a Crystal Report that was done with 8.5, My problem is the Appraisal Comments sometimes exceed the area I have provided and then just overlap the Status/Diary. Any suggestions as to how to correct this would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully without the database you can at least view the report and give me some advice. sheeeez the file even when zipped is to large to attach. Zipped its 300kb so if someone is interested in helping me I can e-mail it to them.

I'll venture a guess.

I assume Comments has the CanGrow option turned On. As you found, out any fields, within the same section, could be overwritten depending on how large the comments are. If possible turn this option off or

Create a new section and move the Status/Diary field into this section.

In case you are not sure how, here are the instructions. I specify the Details but it can be done for any section.

Format menu -> Section : to open the Section Expert.
In the lSection list click Details.
Click the Insert button at the top. This will create a "Details a" and "Details b" section.
Click OK.
Keep the Comments in the "Details a" section.
Move the Status/Diary in the "Details b" section.
