New Account Creation in OutLook!!

How is the new Accounts are created in Out look thru a 3rd Party Program.

ie: After executing it,will fill the columns like SMPS and POP3 addresses.
(That may be hard coded in our program!!.)

I have seen a program which does the same thing, and is included with this for downLoad
It was freely downloadable from an e-mail provider called
www.rediffmail.com some weeks ago.(But now it is not there.)

By the by,How could this been programmed. What api's may have used by this one?

OR

Do we really need an api for Account Creation in OutLook??. I mean, is it accomplished by any kind of
Registry entries??

it would just use the outlook 10 (or so) object library i think.
