    2D Strat Game Engine

Anyone know where I can get one, or a tutorial or something?

I'm doing it in VB, as I'm still only learning C++, and I plan on redoing it C++ after I figure out exactly what I'll need to know.

If u say I should plan Zaei I'll kick your ass!!

If you need a graphics engine(2D) I have one on my website http://www.electroman.co.uk/Electro2DE7.htm. As far as game engines go there very hard to find I believe you could try finding another 2D graphics engine if you want but I tried that once and I found it impossible so I made my own. You can use mine if it helps cos as I said I couldn't mange to find any good ones that work with VB.
