    i've made this shooting program, but i need the bad guy on the top to explode when shot at. Also, how to make my background to make it appear as if my fighter plane is flying?

    Move the background you know Tyrian, Raptor or R-Type or something? There you have a background map which moves so it seems as you'd fly...
