    Arrow XML Configs

    I've been reading up, a LOT, on .NET. I am supposed to use XML configuration files instead of INIs. Fine. But, I can find no documentation on using XML files (I don't want to use INIs still), whatsoever. Would someone be so kind as to direct me to such a tutorial?
