urgent
i need a software which can give the details of everything in my network.
Say in my office 275 systems are there and i want all the systemsconfiguration in a database in the following format
System Name,Ip,Nic,DisplayCard,Ram,Hdd0,Hdd1,Operating System,Motherboard,Cabinet,Location
and can anyonehelp me for this
where can i get this software and all

HP\Compaq make a cool program called INsite Manager which gives info, reports errors etc etc. You get it free with servers 1 license only.
But unless you have all hp\compaqs than it aint gonna work.

Aida32 is a free download and has a network version that may work for you. I haven't used the network version myself, but the personal version gives tons of system info.
PC performance buffs have long measured hardware advances using a few simple metrics: Is it faster? Is it bigger? Does it have more blinky lights?

The 3-com network supervisor is another great free tool, that may be worth a try.
