Running VB6 code on Windows XP
I understand that MSCOMM (as part of a VB6 program) does not work when run on XP. Are there other "surprises" that we should all be aware of when trying to run VB6 code on an XP computer.

i have never had any problems.. i don't use mscomm in any of my apps.. but as far as most controls and references go.. i have not seen any issues.. but i am sure there are some minor ones.. have you looked at the MSKB to see what they have to say about MSCOMM?

My experience has been exactly as described by Matt (and I too do not use MSCOMM)
