Media Player and Winamp are similar programs, and can definitely be on the same computer without any problem.

Having two versions of the same program (such as flash5 and flash4) MIGHT work, but might not. some programs allow multiple versions, I don't know about flash.

Flash 5 and Flash MX work at the same time on my computer, logic therefore dictates that there is a good chance that Flash 4 and Flash 5 will work at the same time.

Most programs will be fine having two versions on at the same time.

Exceptions would be things like DirectX (not really a program per-se)

even VS.NET and VS6 can coexist.

Flash 4 and 5 will work, I had that a while ago, I THINK I also had Mx 4 and 5 together, but not sure if I ran them all at the time cause I didnt use flash much, just be sure to install to different directories, the thing that might cause problems is the registry keys, and for WinAmp, u can use a command in command line to run multiple instances of winAmp, like 5 winAmp windows together.
